Temporary parking: Guests entering to utilize the betting kiosks and not remain within the Sportsbook are permitted to temporarily park in the roundabout at the front of the arena. On an event day, access to this area will be restricted beginning two (2) hours prior to doors opening.

Extended Parking: Guests entering to stay at the Sportsbook are permitted to park in the surface lots in front of Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater or in the transit garage next to the arena. Guests will be subject to associated parking fees on event days. 

Guests with a ticket to the arena event cannot gain access to the
event for the first time via the Sportsbook. The guest must leave the
Sportsbook and enter the venue through a standard entrance and go
through standard security screening and ticket scanning.

Any guest in the arena during an event can enter the Sportsbook. The
guest receives a handstamp upon entry to the Sportsbook and
presents the stamp to re-enter the arena concourse. At that point,
the ticketed guests can go freely between Sportsbook and event.

All guests will enter the Sportsbook via the exterior main entrance. The Sportsbook is closed off from concourse.
